A few years ago the Foreign Correspondents Club hosted a seminar entitled “Globalisation and the Role of the Thai State in Higher Education Reform”.

Thai state enterprises, in which the Finance Ministry holds the majority stakes, have handed over to the ministry a total of Bt15.71 billion in July, up 0.3 per cent from the same month last year.
